Open Forum, SPF China Observer, Sept. 4th 'The Implications of China-Russia Military Cooperation'

The security research group of the Sasakawa Peace Foundation will open a forum “SPF China Observer” on September 4th . -Significance of China-Russia Military Cooperation "was held at the Sasakawa Peace Foundation Building International Conference Hall in Minato-ku, Tokyo.
