Why i haven't been able to get out. DD Hammocks set up, Cooking up a steak in the woods

Why i haven't been able to get out. DD Hammocks set up, Cooking up a steak in the woods Finally, a break in the weather, gave myself and "A Shropshire Lad" the opportunity to get out. The several storms that struck the UK has had severe consequences in Shropshire, causing major disruption and brought a lot of flooding to Shropshire.
The sole reasons i haven't been able to get out much is due to this. In this video you will see a select few images showing the damage it has caused to homes and businesses.
roads being blocked off and public services working overtime to help us.

But finally, Sunday 1st March i was able to get out in the woods and have a bushcraft day. Fire going, juicy steak and even setting the hammock and tarp up to just sit back and relax.
Hopefully the storms have now gone and will allow me to continue to get out.
On another note many thanks to you all that have messaged me, The stresses of life and not being able to get out have affected me mentally, as i, like so many rely on the outdoors to recharge.
Much Love To You All
Dave x
