How to Create a Data Entry Form in Microsoft Excel Creating a data entry form in excel is always crucial. It requires a lot of hard work and a lot of coding but if we work smartly we can create a data entry from in excel with only two minutes. Of course without a single line of coding. In this quick excel tutorial we are going to create a form using excel's built in feature and use it to enter data through it. You can create this form to your existing data table too. There are some tremendous features in this basic form and you will be amazed. Lets learn how you can create an easy data entry form in excel and without using a single line of code.

Step 1: Create your Data entry header in your workbook.
Step 2: Select the header
Step 3: Click on insert and create table
Step 4: Check mark on "My tables has header" and click OK.
Step 5: Now click on "File" and then "Options"
Step 6: Click on Click On "Customize Ribbon"
Step 7: Select "All Commands" from the Dropdown and find "Form"
Step 8: Create "New Tab" and add "Form" and Click OK
Step 9: Click "New Tab" from the Menu.
Step 10: Select the "Form" and start entering data.
Done. Your Data Entry Form is ready.
