Fishing with Light Tackle Spinning Rods

Graeme throws out some really light spin-casting rods aboard his tiny boat, baited with small hooks and ragworm. It just goes to show you don't need heavy gear to get some fun into your fishing. Then Tommo shows us a way of adding an extra small hook to what would be your big fish rig. It is easy to do using a French boom but that extra small hook could actually turn your day around, as many times smaller species are nibbling away on your big bait/big hook and you have no way of knowing what they are. Then Graeme shows us the contents of his boat Tackle box, so you can see what he really does have in the way of terminal tackle. Don't worry, it may look pigeon-holed and tidy in this episode but give him a few trips and it will be all over the place...Enjoy!
