This video is about the clicking noise/audio (not the video). I was driving and simply moving the camera up and down to show that this incredibly aggravating noise is coming from somewhere in the center stack. It is reliably heard when the car is cold (which it has been here in CO since I bought it on 12/31/19!) The dealer has so far replaced the trim around the heated seat buttons but that made no difference.
