Thomas Schoenberger · Case Study #9 · Catch Me If You Can

Thomas Schoenberger · Case Study #9 · Catch Me If You Can Thomas Schoenberger sent Jesse Davis more than 20 emails one Christmas day. Calling Mr. Davis a drug dealer, a pedophile, a criminal--strangely reminiscent of his emails and tweets to me.

I am not that concerned with defamation. If you spend any time on social media you must bring a thick skin to the exercise. If you do not like getting smacked with the occasional elbow you should stay out of the sandbox.

What will bring Mr. Schoenberger down are threats that endanger me and my family, and place me in *reasonable fear of death or serious bodily injury,* with the intent to *kill, injure, harass, or intimidate* using *any interactive computer system or electronic communication service ,* all *attempting to cause substantial emotional distress.* (18 USC § 2261A. Stalking).

Schoenberger published photos of myself (innumerable times), my wife, my cats, and a hapless toad that lives in my front garden. Yes, this dumbass actually scavenged my Facebook account and stole private photos and reposted them without permission. Creepy.

Schoenberger calls me "Spooky Stephen," claiming that I am a "CIA agent," (wrong terminology, dumbass), he asserts that I worked for CIA in the 1990's when I was actually a DEA employee assigned to Operation Snowcap, which he characterizes as a "drug smuggling fraud." He accuses me of cocaine smuggling.

Schoenberger claims that I associate with “Satanists,” and that articles that I wrote are proof that I am a Satanist myself. Schoenberger loves to flourish his fluency with the Lesser Keys of Solomon. Standard conman games. He is still trying to understand John Dee’s Monas Hieroglyphica.

Schoenberger accuses me of pedophilia and of consorting with pedophiles, and of human trafficking. I am an expat residing in Bangkok. These charges are not a trivial matter in this place. Indeed, Schoenberger threatens to "report" me to the Thai government.

Schoenberger promises to manipulate SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to associate Google name searches on me with pedophilia. He obviously failed, but his intent was never to actually succeed: his purpose was to inflict *substantial emotional distress.*

Did he succeed? It does not matter. He tried. That is his problem, a problem that puts him afoul of his probation requirements. Schoenberger violated probation, he committed additional felonies when he was already on probation for felony stalking, convicted twice in 2011, a timeframe that he claims was spent "working for the Pentagon."

It is my intention to use every legal means to ensure that Thomas Schoenberger is held responsible for violating probation, I intend to see his probation revoked, and him remanded back into custody with all access to computers and to the internet forbidden.

This monstrosity of a man is a menace. What he does to me is repeated no less than 31 other times, there are 32 total documented victims of his malicious campaigns of cyberbullying and cyberstalking.

Clearly we are dealing with a mentally ill individual. He needs to be incarcerated, as simply putting him in a mental hospital will not end the threat that he represents.

Soon. Very soon.

Nothing can stop what is coming. Once the wheels of justice are started, they implacably grind onward, and the Hammer of Karma begins its hard downward swing.

Soon. Very soon.

Stay tuned.

Probation. Revocation. Remand. Custody.

Tick-tock, Mr. Schoenberger. Revoking your probation is not a crime. Reporting your serial felonies is not a crime. Writing this commentary and publishing this video is not a crime.

Soon. Very soon.
