Brewing, Banjo, or Tool? Searching for the Next Clawhammer Logo

What is the real Clawhammer? Is it a carpenters tool? Is it a style of old-time Banjo Playing? Is it a brewing and distilling company? We take a look back at ancient instruments, vintage musical styles, and bring it all together with a modern day e-commerce business, searching for a new logo.

We've pretty much made up our minds and are going to rework the logo in the style of a beefy clawhammer. You know, the kind house framers and carpenters and woodworkers and the like use. Furniture makers? Plumbers? HVAC guys? Probably not. But we like the tool because what we manufacture are tools that people use to make their own creations. So there is some symbolism there.
