A simple blood test has been developed that can tell women of a certain age whether they will go through menopause in the next one or two years. Researchers analysed levels of the AMH hormone, which is crucial in the development of a baby and can also indicate how many eggs a woman has left. The panel discuss if they would want to know when 'the change' was on the way, while Nadia will share how she wishes she'd had more warning about what a 'scary' time the menopause can be.
