This is my second of three videos discussion explaining the spider web of laws essentially rendering Maryland (as well as similar May issue states) a gun free state. I forgot to mention the pseudo handgun ban restricting commerce known as the handgun roster amongst other things. Also, transporting long guns do not have the same restrictions as handguns. Does not mean they wont lock you up or Red Flag you though. I did not mention how MD artificially inflate their acceptance rate to the SCOTUS by including restricted security guard permits and by making the price and process so high, it has a chilling effect on the people to apply and throw their money away. You can find the Reply of respondents in the SCOTUS brief. [Maryland is currently a May Issue State requiring you to have 'good & substantial reason' to wear, carry or transport a handgun. That means you must be rich, a business owner, a politician, police, raped, beaten or killed to then be eligible to 'probably' receive an unrestricted permit and if you do not fit under subjective criteria, they deem your right to live negligible here.]
