They think if they are working out one time per year, they will have an amazing body or if they are eating one healthy meal per month, they will be healthy.

It doesn't work like that. If you wanna achieve something greater, you have to stay consistent with it over the long-term. You have to work on it every single day and be consistent with it over several months or even years to achieve that goal. We all agree that consistency is the fundamental thing.
