World's Most Expensive Groceries: No Vegans Allowed

World's Most Expensive Groceries: No Vegans Allowed The most expensive food and groceries in the world is right here! No vegans allowed, as they cannot afford to live here!

No matter where you live watching this, we can at least agree that food and especially fresh produce is expensive and getting more so with each year. The prices you see in this grocery store are downright cheap compared to the place I am about to show you.

About 10 years or so ago, I applied for a government job in Canada's Arctic. And it was in a place that most of your groceries arrived via air freight making it very, very expensive. It wasn't a big deal that I didn't get the job, as the price of living there is extremely high along with the isolation.

So I thought I would take you on a very expensive trip to the grocery store in Nunavut, in Canada's high arctic. Keep in mind, some of these food items are actually subsidized by the government, yet are still extraordinarily expensive.

I think I will let the prices speak for themselves. They are mind blowing.

If you live in Nunavut and your spouse complains that you don't take them anywhere expensive, just go to a northern grocery store!

This is a place where there are few vegans!

What do you think of these food prices?

And before you just say, why don't they move? This is the traditional land of the Inuit people and they have been living here for thousands of years. Its like asking a Roman to not live in Rome or Jews to not live in Israel. It's their historical land, and they deserve to live there. Lord knows, most others don't want to live there in spite of the rugged beauty that can be seen for those who dare come to see it.

So what do you pay for these food items where you live??

And keep your wheels on the ground!
