Every year as the Holiday season approaches more and more the subject of pagan origins surrounding Christmas becomes a big topic. In the mid 20th Century it was not so much of an issue, unless you were a Jehovah's witness or member of a more stringent Pentecostal group. The 21st century came with internet, messianic movement and Hebrew roots igniting in some circles anti-Christendom, pretty much those ceremonies that seem to have Catholic origins became demonized. Of course we do NOT support the worship of saints or statutes but holidays that were celebrated by both Catholics and protestants came under the scrutiny of a new brand of scholars and self proclaimed experts with their PHD's in Googology. Then a gorilla war was started but some rather clever Rabbis that saw the division that was growing amongst Christian capitalized on the division starting campaigns to further the divide until the Body of Christ has been left wounded, bruised and battered nearly to the point of death.
