MHWI: Switch Axe Build - Zero Distance Touch (happily and continuously discharging)

Sorry for the waiting. The flu almost killed me lol.
Attracted by the Switch Axe Zero Sum Discharge since it is introduced. Now finally got the chance to make the corresponding build which is
* easy to play - can blindly discharge in 70% of the time
* burst damage - can kill a tempered elder in a few minutes
* high safety - can steal 200 hp within a few seconds
* no extra worry - can completely forget about the sharpness
