Bangladesh Army confirmed buying VT-5 light tank from China in a promotional video. VT-5 is also known as the Type-15 or the ZTQ-15 light tank in the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) service. Earlier it was assumed that the BD Army going to buy Indo-Turkish Kaplan-MT medium tanks from Indonesia.
