July 1968. Footage inside the secessionist state of Biafra which was declared by Lt. Colonel Ojukwu, the military governor of Nigeria's Eastern Region on May 30th 1967.
It shows food aid arriving, starving children in a hospital, recruitment procedures and training of soldiers of the Biafran Army.
The scenes were shot in the city of Owerri.
