The Dictator (2012): A pregnant woman gives birth with the help of an unusual stranger

A pregnant woman (Kathryn Hahn) gives birth with the help of an unusual stranger that was previously a doctor - although he doesn’t seem to know basic anatomy.

What is shown onscreen? A rather disturbing exchange during labor between the stranger and the expectant couple in which he confuses her anatomy, loses his cellphone inside the woman and then has a “fall in love” moment with the woman beside him. Shown is a representation of the inside of the woman in which he attempts to talk to someone on the cell phone through and forgetting the baby is attached to the mother after birth. Very obviously satire and nothing to be taken seriously :)
