Resolved - How To Add Payoneer USD Mastercard To Facebook Ads

Most of the usd Payoneed cards face this problem, here is a trick how to add it in 3 steps :)

Important note: You need to have other card/Paypal as primary (even if no money in it) because they will not charge your USD Payoneer if it is the only card in your account. USD Card should be secondary payment.
