Chunky Glitter Tumbler - using the Epoxy Method

Chunky Glitter Tumbler - using the Epoxy Method I am using the Epoxy Method to create a Chunky Glitter Tumbler. Using a extremely thin layer of epoxy as the adhesive for the glitter. Once the glitter is on the tumbler using my hands I press the glitter into the epoxy paying close attention to the edges around the base of the cup and the rim so no bits of glitter are sticking up on the surface. This pressing method helps to reduce the need for sanding due to the rough surface left by loose chunky glitter.

After the glitter layer cured I added a top coat over the glitter layer and allowed to cure. The next step was adding the decal and then a top coat of epoxy.

Supplies
20oz Stainless Steel Tumbler
Coral Spray paint (base)
Pro Marine Resin
Chunky Glitter
Fine Glitter
