Razor Clamming is the BEST thing EVER!

Digging for Razor Clams might just me my new favorite hobby. Jackson and I left Portland with the plan to make it to Seaside before low tide, drive onto the beach in Gearhart--hopefully not get stuck in the sand--and find us a Razor Clam or two. Razor Clamming is amazing! It's like an Easter egg hunt but with waves threatening your feet every couple seconds.

On the way out to our Razor Clam adventure, we stopped off at the Jim Dandy Farm in Banks and another mushroom foraging foray after that. It was a great day with incredible weather. We'll be doing this trip again in the near future!

BUT WHERE'S THE COOKING?
I did cook. And it was great. Here's the thing. I'm still figuring out how I want to shoot these YouTube videos, and the cooking portion just wasn't up to snuff. I want to create videos that are valuable to you guys. I'll definitely be posting cooking videos, but only after I figure out how the hell I want to shoot them.
