Kibra by-election: ODMD claims voters register doctored

The orange democratic party -ODM has called for a protest march to the independent electoral  and boundaries commission headquarters  to demand the  release of the Kibra constituency voters register.
This after the party cited frustrations  to have IEBC released details of the voters roll alleging a plot by  the commission  and the jubilee party to rig the poll.
ODM has now listed four conditions it wants IEBC to fulfill on the voters roll.
