Cold Day Turned Warm Meditation - Recall a hot day and warm up

Cold Day Turned Warm Meditation - Recall a hot day and warm up Focus: Warm up with imagining the sun's heating rays of a summer day

Summary: Bring your thoughts to a favourite hot summer day, a day where you really felt the heat. Use your senses and remember where you were, how your skin felt and how warm the day was. Remember how you were feeling, so content and so warm and sun kissed. You can feel the heat warming your body on this cold day.

All about us…Tyler and Janet

As schoolteachers our expertise is in helping students reach their creative and academic potential. We wanted to do more for our students and so we began The Dreamwalkers Meditation Club in our school. We then decided to write our own meditations for the students coming to Meditation Club. Ever since, we have been enjoying this creative endeavour together. Our wanting to do more has led us to writing, recording and sharing these meditations for all to enjoy.

With children in mind, we wrote meditations that aim to support and encourage a greater sense of creativity, imagination, mindfulness, and a sense of wellbeing. Our meditations range between five and twenty minutes in length. They can be listened to any time of the day, by children and adults alike. Many of our meditations are guided visualizations where you step into the pages of a story in your imagination and live the experience in 4D. Many of our mediations are guided with an instructional and experiential aspect to them. There is a particular focus for each meditation. As well, each meditation begins and ends with the breath.

We are not doctors or therapists, nor do we pretend to have their expertise. We are not in any way replacing these professionals, their advice or their care. Please use these meditations for purposes of entertainment and enjoyment. We cannot accept responsibility for how our meditations are interpreted. Never listen to these meditations while operating motorized vehicles or at any time when it is not safe for you to become drowsy or fall asleep.

We welcome you to enjoy our meditations. You can reach out to us and tell us how the Dreamwalkers Meditations resonated with you…We would be happy to hear what magic it brought to your day.
