In NBS Focal Point, journalist turned evangelist Joseph Kabuleta says rhetoric about people in public should not be responded to with brutal force. The controversial city pastor was arrested early this month following his social media posts in which he referred to the Fountain of Honor as a Gambler and a thief. He spoke to Samson Kasumba about how was tortured and forced to read a written text sent on an officers’ phone in form of a recorded apology.
