The HOA board decided to tear up large sections of grass in our neighborhood and replace them with rocks without informing the owners in advance in any meaningful way. Many owners showed up to the meeting to complain. Grass is rare in Southern Nevada and many people moved into our neighborhood because it had more grass than other areas. This one minute clip is only a short sample of a long meeting full of arguing, yelling, accusing, complaining, and defensiveness. The guy who yelled "knock it off" and slammed his fist on the table is an HOA board member. It was a great education in what not to do if you're on an HOA board, or really in any elected office, if you want to avoid getting the people you represent upset.
