For any copyright, please send me a message.  Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein, 45, fled Dubai for London with her two children last spring “fearing for her life.” Sheikh Mohammed, 70, who is also vice-president of the UAE, soon applied for a summary return of their daughter Al Jalila, 12, and son Zayed, seven to Dubai.  Trending  Princess Haya who is the half-sister of King Abdullah II of Jordan, applied for her and Sheikh Mohammed's children to become wards of court, as well as applying for a forced marriage protection order in relation to Jalila and a non-molestation order for her own protection. While the hearings were held almost entirely in private President of London’s High Court Family, Andrew McFarlane, overseeing the case ruled the two judgements should be made public. On Thursday Supreme Court refused a bid by the billionaire sheikh to block the publication of the judgments relating to his legal battle with his estranged wife. Sheikh Mohammed is one of the world's richest men and has strong ties to the UK. He owns the Goldophin horseracing operation which has brought him close to the Queen and Britain's Royal Family. Britain’s highest court ruled publishing the judgements was in the public interest.  READ MORE Dubai ruler conducted ‘campaign of fear’ against ex-wife Princess Haya The judgements' key findings The High Court published a Fact Finding Judgement (FFJ)in favour of Princess Haya. The FFJ found the following:The ruler of Dubai was found to have “not been open and honest with the court.”The court found Sheikh Mohammed was responsible for the abduction and forced return of two of his daughters from another marriage - Sheikha Shamsa and Sheikha Latifa.The judge found Sheikh Mohammed “continues to maintain a regime whereby both these two young women are deprived of their liberty”. Sheikha Shamsa, 39, fled the family’s UK estate in Surrey in 2000 but was later abducted in Cambridgeshire by agents of the sheikh and forcibly returned to Dubai where she remains in captivity. A request by Cambridgeshire Police to visit Dubai to investigate her abduction was refused. Sheikha Latifa, 34, made two unsuccessful attempts to flee her father’s family, in 2002 and 2018. After Latifa's first escape, she was imprisoned by her father in Dubai for over three years.   READ MORE Princess Haya news: How Sheikh Mohammed was honoured by The Queen  In the second attempt, she was abducted at sea off the Indian coast and forcibly returned to Dubai, where she remains under house arrest.The judge found her allegations of serious physical abuse amounting to torture, made by Latifa in a public video, to be credible. While Princess Haya initially believed Sheikh Mohammed’s assertion his daughters had been “rescued” she beca
