A single-screen HD version of a multi screen installation, first shown at Bergen Kunsthall in 2005. Later versions shown at Museum of Contemporary Art Vojvodina, Novi Sad, Serbia, and Rom for Kunst & Arkitektur, Oslo. Material for the work was shot in several locations including New York, London, Tokyo, Oslo and Bergen. One of an ongoing series of works exploring Place and Site through field recording and montage. Audio for the project was made by British sound artist, composer and broadcaster Robert Worby. Welsh and Worby have worked together periodically since the 1970’s in a variety of settings including rock bands, experimental theatre, performance art, contemporary music and audio-visual installations.
