Still recovering from coma, Chico (JM de Guzman) discovers Fernan's (Joey Marquez) desperate agreement with Loida. Luz (Sylvia Sanchez), meanwhile, takes a breather as the authorities conduct an operation to arrest Loida. However, it all turn around when she receives bad news. As Chico (JM de Guzman) slowly works his way to recovery, Luz (Sylvia Sanchez) learns that someone helped Loida (Irma Adlawan) slip away. Hiding in plain sight, Elena (Rosanna Roces) grows anxious as the Mabungas condemn the person who aided the criminal. Later, Investigator Rivas (Jeffrey Santos) makes a shocking discovery that will help them piece together the mystery behind Loida’s escape.
