Eating Only 1 Color of Food for 24 hrs In this challenge, Kaycee, Rachel and Daddy will be given only 1 color of foods for the whole day!! They will eat only 1 color of foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Rachel was disqualified at lunch time because there was no blue food anymore but black. So she ended up eating real food. This challenge was good because it teaches kids that there are lots of healthy foods in the color of green and red but not so much in color blue. At the end of the video Kaycee and daddy enjoyed their food because of the fruits and vegetables.
