WE|I CAN DO THIS.... Loving Life On Oxygen ILLNESS/DISEASE AFFECTS TWO PEOPLE THE SAME.... I'VE WORKED VERY HARD WITH MY DOCTORS TO GET TO WHERE I AM TODAY....NO ONE KNOWS WHY A PERSON IN THE SAME STAGE IS ABLE TO DO THINGS SOME CAN'T DO....STAY DETERMINED

In 2014 I found out I need a double lung transplant

I have Lupus, Hashimoto's disease, gastroparesis, pulmonary hypertension, to top things off I have COPD (chronic bronchitis/asthma/emphysema). I went into adult respiratory distress 6 months after getting my ceramics studio in 2004. I spent a week in the hospital and came out on oxygen, I was told uncontrolled asthma. In the middle of 2010, the 911 calls started because I couldn't breathe. Dec 2012, I crashed and made it through without being intubated, just a year old Annie my toy fox terrier saved my life by calling out for help. My lungs are 'shot' due to ceramic/porcelain dust and fumes from the kilns that caused emphysema, scaring and lupus. In 2014, I was told I need a double lung transplant, we don't know how long I have. We do the best we can to adapt, climbing over the hurdles we face and getting on with life. I'm not a Vlogger like many, I am finally learning how to edit videos #TEAMJUNE #COPD
