Today I'm forging a sword that's a cross between a Spartan's weapon and something you would find in your favorite post-apocalyptic wasteland. The blade is crafted using a salvaged rusty leaf spring, a couple of broken hammers, and some old bicycle chain. I use techniques ranging from good old fashioned forging to modern TIG welding to transform these pieces of scrap into a badass spartan sword! This sword belongs in the hands of someone roaming the wasteland, rugged and brutal, ready to strike at any moment.
