Vandals awarded millions when property owner cleans and demolishes old building.

A judge has ruled that a property owner cannot, without MASSIVE financial penalties, clean, then demolish, a building on their private property, due to graffiti on said building. So, if someone defaces your property, you must now ask them if it’s OK to clean said building.
