Therapy - Alex Gaskarth fan edit

Therapy - Alex Gaskarth fan edit Sometimes, all you need is your friends and music to escape from the world.

After an attempted suicide, Alex is rushed to hospital and admitted to therapy. Whilst trying to better himself, Alex struggles to remember all the good times without the bad ones seeping in. When he feels like Therapy isn’t working out for him, Alex comes to the realisation that all he really needed were his friends and his love of music to get him through everything.

This montage is about how therapy isn’t always for everyone and that some times the care we need and want is right in front of us. It’s about how love and music can help people escape some of the darkest situations in their lives. How it can bring a smile to someone‘s face and improve their day.

Personally, Therapy means a lot to me and is a song that was there for me when nothing else was. The first time I heard it live was a time where I was in need of help, in a time where all I wanted was a hug and a way to escape.

All rights to music and footage goes to All Time Low, Hopeless Records and Fueled By Ramen.
