Singapore Red Cross launches public appeal to help communities in China affected by coronavirus The Singapore Red Cross is making a public appeal for funds to help communities in China affected by the novel coronavirus. The government will be contributing seed money towards the public appeal. Business communities like Singapore Business Federation and Business China will also rally their members for donations. Benjamin William, CEO and secretary-general of the Singapore Red Cross, was in the studio to talk about the communities affected in China and how the public can help them.
