Seattle City passes Resolution against India's discriminatory CAA, compares them to Hitler era laws

Led by councilor Kshama Sawant, Seattle City Council of USA unanimously passed a resolution against NRC-CAA — possibly the first such resolution passed by a city council. The resolution relates the discriminatory intent of Citizenship Amendment Act to Hitler's infamous Nuremberg laws, which started by marginalizing the Jews, and ultimately ended in depriving them of all their human rights, herding them into concentration camps and gas chambers.
