Concerned Mother/Parent Liz Valencia is looking for HELP. She drove up from Fresno to make sure the Leaders of San Mateo County have personal knowledge of her son Vincent Valencia who is an inmate at Maguire Jail. He has been arrested more than 100 times in the last 10 years, that should be a Huge Red Flag to Law Enforcement, Probation, District Attorney and ALL Judges and especially the Private Defender Program in San Mateo County. It's not. Liz recently drove up from Fresno to visit at the jail only to be informed he visit had been cancelled. San Mateo County Supervisors know very well the odds of a Mental Health 911 call resulting in Death including Homicide by Law Enforcement Chinedu Okobi case. They refuse to have a single person for Parents or Family members to contact to make sure their loved one gets the proper treatment, medications, and is not harmed in custody.
