Launch of Fully Integratated Caste Certificate Application

Applicant dashboard with real time status update - view status through SMS and also listen through voice message.
Mandatory document list is embedded with certificate.
Ineligibility criteria are shown to citizen in the form itself.
Form B provision for migration case through same common Application Form.
Facility of Profile Photo and Signature upload along with all supporting documents by the applicant.
Viewing of uploaded documents and verifying with original facility through Officer’s dashboard.
Online issuance of Form '1' Acknowledgement to be generated under WBRTPS Act.
Alerts to officers at regular intervals for pending cases through SMS and voice message at all level (English and Bengali Language).
Facility of setting and editing hearing / inspection programme by the officials on First-come and First serve basis
Rescheduling of hearing and inspection slots can be requested by the Applicant.
First generation applicantions can be easily segregated.
Inspection report can be generated through dashboard, Facility for inspectors to upload Photos, documents in support of inspection report.
Rejection grounds shown to applicant and rejection certificate generated.
Final signed certificate available in database (Digitized) for officials.
Second generation certificate backed-up by digitized data can be issued within 10 days of verification.
