*NOTE* NOT FOR REBROADCAST WITHOUT PERMISSION Pierce County Sheriff's Department is investigating a drive by shooting in the 7600 block of 211th Street East in Spanaway.
From what we have heard so far there were no injuries but close to a dozen shell casings observed outside this home that was occupied with a family and small baby.
Unconfirmed reports that the home owner returned fire on the alleged suspect.
