Do this workout at home ONLY ONCE a week to begin with. Build up to doing it 2-4 days per week. Do it 1-2 times per day based on how badly you NEED to lose weight.

How many calories does this burn? 500 to 1000 calories depending on how much you weigh. The more overweight or heavier you are = the more calories you will burn = the faster you will lose weight. That is why one of the weight loss tips provided to you during the video is for you to wear a weight vest to make yourself heavier to burn more fat during the workout

Give 70% to lose weight as fast as possible

Count how many chair burpees (look betters) you do every 90 seconds and then give at least 70% for the rest of the workout meaning... If you got 10 burpees then try to always get at least 7 chair burpees throughout this weight loss workout,

Quick math on that
70% of 30 Chair Burpees is 21
70% of 45 Chair Burpees is 31
70% of 60 Chair Burpees is 42
70% of 75 Chair Burpees is 52

This is a Pyramid HIIT workout where ONLY the rest periods change during the hit workout

The rest periods start off pyramiding down and then back up to a maximum of 60 seconds and a minimum of 15 seconds. You basically spend
14 Minutes each set doing chair burpees and 5 minutes total resting. Remember, midway thru each set I've given you a bonus mini two minute workout to give you an extra 30 seocnds to look better

Try to lose ONE Pound EVERY 90 seconds!

Me & you both know that isn’t possible but what if you could really lose 1 pound every 90 seconds? What would your intensity level be like. How fast would you go. How much effort would you put in knowing the huge reward you’re going to get from it. Every 90 seconds should feel like your last 90 seconds before your beach vacation, your last 90 seconds to look your best, your most attractive.
