I thought Ryan Humiston's video was really interesting and backed up a lot of main points that I have been preaching on this channel for the last year, but I don't believe that "partial range of motion" is the answer to every type of curl, and I believe that when you combine his tip with what Charles Glass has me do and go heavier weight with full range of motion and contraction through the rep, you will have the best results in growing bigger biceps.
