Manmade Noise Is May Be Major Global Pollutant

A recent study reveals noise created by humans affects both aquatic and terrestrial species. This manmade noise is generated in various forms through vehicles, planes, ships. This noise pollution has a direct impact on our ecosystem . It will interfere with the animals who rely on their food through sound detection. For example, bats might suffer due to the noise we create. In other cases the sufferer might be a prey that depends on its ability to hear the sound of the predator to survive. Researchers expressed their concern on noise pollution and demanded noise pollution should be considered as major global pollutants.
