Back Fat Be GONE! Build up those back and biceps muscles with this easy to follow routine to banish back and bra fat
Equipment:
- A set of weights [between 3 - 5 lbs for beginners] OR [8 - 10 lbs for intermediate/advanced].
⚠️ Make sure your weights are comfortable enough to lift it, but challenging to complete the movements, too.
If you don't have weights use water bottles or cans instead!
Complete 2-3 rounds for the best results
