Faulty drinks supply machine caused deaths of McDonald's staff, says GM

The general manager of the McDonald’s operating firm in Peru has said in an interview with a local TV station that a drinks supply machine at the fast food restaurant had experienced an electrical fault and led to the deaths of two of its employees.
