Priority treatment and prevention of acne scars Acne is a chronic disease of the skin. It usually starts during puberty. Exacerbations and settlements continue for years and regress spontaneously. Acne treatment is aimed at preventing acne regression and subsequent scars. Treatment depends on the severity of the disease, the site of involvement, the age of the patient, and the preference of the patient blacheads. Topical treatments, systemic treatments and peeling are preferred.
