This Dry Chicken Recipe is a favorite of Ravi Sisodiya. Mainly made on special party occasions where all age group arrive and aim to not make too much spicy food yet have a unique taste of its own.

Ingredients for 2.5 Kgs Chicken :-
1. 80 gm Groundnut Oil (मूँगफली का तेल)
2. 6 Onions (प्याज)
3. 3 Tomatoes (टमाटर)
4. 4 tbsp Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
5. 3 tbsp Salt (नमक)
6. 2 tbsp Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर)
7. 1 tbsp Turmeric (हल्दी)
8. 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (नींबू का रस)
9. 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste (अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट)
10. 60 ml Curd (दही)
11. 4 Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च)
12. 2.5 Kgs Chicken (चिकन)
13. 2 tbsp Garam Masala (गरम मसाला)
14. 2 tbsp Dry Fenugreek / Kasuri Methi (कस्तूरी मेथी)
15. 10 gm Coriander Leaves (धनिये के पत्ते)
