Ingredients:
- Cabbage: ½ cup
- Egg: 1 piece
- Milk: 2 tablespoons
- Flour: ¼ cup
- Chicken Powder: (no or low sodium) 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper: 1 teaspoon
- Cheese: 1 tablespoon
- Oil: For frying
How to make:
Mix all the ingredients except oil and make a batter. Scoop out one tablespoon full and shallow fry till both sides are light brown. Enjoy your Cabbage Fritters warm!
