(12-16-2019) A broken generic lift in Tanri Abeng University (Campus Building) in Jakarta. I've found out this lift is broken because the lift refused to move and encounters an error followed by stuck, this lift (along with the rectorate building ones) is always broke at random times for the last 12 months from December 2018. This is one of many reasons why you should #nevertrustageneric... And why this lift SHOULD BE REPLACED/MODERNISED to a major brand like Schindler, OTIS, Mitsubishi or Fujitec in upcoming times (maybe 2020?).
I've found this following reasons WHY all lifts at Tanri Abeng University SHOULD be replaced/modernised:
- Bad start and bad leveling upon movement
- Cannot cancel a call, because at any time unresponsible people play with lift and pressed all floors causes increased waiting time on calling a lift...
- Cheap instalment
- Poor maintenance like every Chinese generic branded lifts.
