Happy to be uploading videos, they keep me motivated to constantly be productive. I usually go through good and bad times every month. So, I'm thinking that doing these videos will keep in a positive mindset and therefore, I can accomplish more on a daily basis.
My physical health isn't the best so constantly recording keeps me motivated to go to the gym also.
