Residents in Tanjung Piai in Malaysia's Johor state will vote on Nov 16 in a by-election that analysts say will be a great test for the Pakatan Harapan (PH) government. In 2019 alone, the ruling coalition lost three of four by-elections it contested -- all to the opposition Barisan Nasional.
