धारा-376C IPC में यह प्राविधान दिया गया है कि जब कोई व्यक्ति किसी प्राधिकार में होता है और वह ऐसी POSTION में किसी महिला के साथ बलात्कार करता है तो उसे धारा 376C IPC के तहत दण्डित किया जाता है। इस धारा में कम से कम 5 साल की सज़ा हो सकती है जो बढ़कर दस वर्ष हो सकती है।
