Rescue Paralyzed Dog Was Broken Spine Under A Car

This is Luke who is paralyzed and lives on the streets for days
We have rescued. He's on the way to the clinic now.
I really don't know what's going on lately but It looks like he has a broken spine !!!!
His spine is completely broken. He has no control over his bowls.
I don't know what we are going to do right now. We have a meeting with the surgeon this evening.
We gave him a shower, beside his bum was extremely dirty and could cause infections.
He's been given his own room.
He's finally started to eat.
The doctors can't keep up with him. We are overjoyed right now.
He's so fast on those wheels. He's eating and drinking loads.
He's just so precious and cute. Lovely Luke is one happy doggy.
