Korean Style Citrus Fruit Tea | Lemon Preserve for Tea | Simply Mama Cooks Welcome to Simply Mamá Cooks YouTube Channel! I am a Mom to a blended Korean / Mexican American family that loves to share what I cook in my home. I am still learning and enjoy the process of making home cooked food.

Today I am making a simple lemon tea preserve that is my version of Korean citron tea or Yujacha. I ca not find fresh citron so I use fresh lemons. This tea taste great and is comforting when you have a cold.
